BFR

For holders of pilot certificates issued by the United States Federal Aviation Administration a flight review, or BFR) is a review required of every active holder of a U.S. pilot certificate at least every 24 calendar months.

The flight review consists of at least 1 hour of ground instruction and 1 hour in-flight with a qualified flight instructor.

Cost $125 in your plane, $275 in our plane, single engine.

Finish Up Courses

We can customize any one of our courses to meet your specific needs. Reach out to us for info and details on how we can utilize your previous training and hours to get the rating that eluded you.

Pinch Hitter Course

Is your significant other afraid to fly? Worried about an emergency situation where the pilot cannot act as PIC? We have a course for that! We will teach your significant other to land your airplane in event of emergency.

No certificate needed, no medical needed, this will simply be an emergency course to get the plane down without further incident. Pricing is dependent on amount of training requested. (Typically done in your airplane, or the airplane you are renting, for familiarization with the radios, and equipment installed. Can also be done in our planes.)

IPC

IPC- To act as the PIC under IFR or in weather conditions less than VFR, you must be instrument current. This applies to both solo flights or those with passengers. To maintain currency in airplanes, a pilot must have performed and logged the following tasks within the preceding 6 calendar months: • Six instrument approaches. • Holding procedures and tasks. • Intercepting and tracking courses through the use of navigational electronic systems. If you have not logged this time within the preceding 12 calendar months, you will need an ipc with us, to fulfill the requirements of the ACS. Cost dependent on your ability. (typically 1-2 hours ground, 2 hours in the plane)
